Pittsburgh, PA - Accuride Corporation, North America’s largest manufacturer and supplier of wheels for heavy/medium trucks and trailers headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, will be rolling out a one-day, customized Value Selling program to be developed by Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm. The program focuses on identifying customer needs and quantifying the real business value of those needs. The concepts will be reinforced by engaging the employees in a strategic, hands-on proprietary game which also teaches the employees how to become a business partner - not just another product vendor - by making their product and services an integral part of the customer’s value equation.
