Pittsburgh, PA - Edgeworth, Inc. has partnered with Argo-Tech Corporation, a Cleveland, Ohio-based manufacturer of fuel-delivery systems for the aviation industry, as part of their new corporate mission: "Make Money for the Customer, Generate Cash for Argo-Tech."
To further their vision - "because we want to be more than your total source; we want to be your best source" - Edgeworth has been employed to help Argo-Tech's sales and sales support personnel better understand how their customers and their customers' customers are attempting to generate profits. Edgeworth, a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, specializes in enabling companies to quantify the financial impact they can have on the bottom line for their customers.
After implementation, one of the participants wrote that the Edgeworth training was "informative, instructional, motivating, thought-provoking and just plain fun." He later added that the Edgeworth facilitator "cleverly wove the entire process together in an easily digestible package. He was quite effective…and I give high marks to the program."
