Pittsburgh, PA - ARROW International, Inc., a Reading-based manufacturer of disposable catheters and related products, has selected Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, to help them understand and sell their value.

The custom-designed program will focus on two objectives: identifying ARROW’s unique value proposition to its customers, and then selling that value to achieve more business wins and higher price points upon securing the business. The program will prepare the entire ARROW International organization to successfully engage in this activity by enabling them to find areas of potential customer business improvement and to quantify the corresponding value that they can deliver to the customer.

When the strategies are put in place, the anticipated end result will be not only increasing operating income for the next fiscal year, but growing the business profitably in the shortest time frame as well.
