Pittsburgh, PA - Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, has been retained by the Hemophilia Business Unit (HBU) of Aventis Behring, a leading plasma-based therapies producer, to teach Aventis' Sales & Marketing force how to improve its Return on Capital (ROC) as well its customers' ROC based on Aventis' Value Proposition to the customer.

The HBU Team gathered to engage in a one-of-a-kind hands-on training session which included a well-customized gameboard tailored to educate the Sales & Marketing Team about its customers' business. Armed with this knowledge, the Team is better prepared to achieve higher-margin business in shorter selling cycles.
