Pittsburgh, PA - Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, was selected by Balchem to develop a process that aligns both the customer and Balchem around its Value Proposition.
Due to the fact that the Encapsulates’ growth pattern had leveled off, its customer-facing team needed to reevaluate its methods for growing the business as well as for holding on to existing customers.
Edgeworth created and delivered a customized process to members of Balchem’s sales, marketing, engineering and R&D teams and continues to work with Balchem using reinforcement activities to aid in ensuring that the process is being applied throughout the company.
