Pittsburgh, PA - Equitable Resources(EQT), a Pittsburgh-based energy provider, has formally committed to continuing its strategic efforts with Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm. Equitable brought Edgeworth in to communicate its strategy for survival in the wake of deregulation. Its executive management, corporate human resources team and Edgeworth collaborated to design an interactive board game that simulates Equitable's business model and financial objectives. The new commitment and subsequent program will identify specific actions and opportunities that will continue to drive value for the company.
