Pittsburgh, PA - Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, has signed an agreement with The Mallory Group to help the company identify opportunities to improve their profitability. Edgeworth’s core focus is helping people within companies become better business minds through an increased understanding of corporate finance.
To bolster the communication and education components of Mallory’s three-year plan, Edgeworth tailored a program to increase their business acumen and teamwork and to identify new ways to add value to The Mallory Group and its customer base. Part of the program included a hands-on interactive game to begin the staff members’ shift from defining themselves as diverse businesses to becoming one cohesive company.
After going through the program, participants better understood The Mallory Group’s business, capabilities and how they could add to their customers’ value equations.
