Pittsburgh, PA - After the successful implementation of an Edgeworth-designed financial sales training program, West Pharmaceutical Services, a Lionville-based pharmaceutical-packaging components manufacturer (WPS), has again partnered with Edgeworth, Inc. to continue its efforts in the education of its sales force.

The goal this time around was to retain the focus on the customer first, even amid the enthusiasm of a new product launch, enabling its sales, marketing and support personnel to concentrate on improving their customers' businesses.

The Clip'n'Ject System, a novel reconstitution system for lyophilized drugs, was not only a new product, but also a new direction for WPS. In comparison with its other products, the complexity and cost of a Clip'n'Ject system requires not only a more sophisticated sales approach, but a new audience as well.

The response to the original Edgeworth-designed program was very positive, so it was the goal of both companies to make the Clip'n'Ject launch the next step in a lasting partnership.
