Pittsburgh, PA - Edgeworth, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human-capital consulting firm, was selected by Worthington Industries (WOR), headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, to teach its designated ‘high potential’ managers to take on financial intelligence compensation in a way that brought finance to their job function.
Edgeworth accomplished this by rolling out a financially strategic and entertaining program, engaging employees in a hands-on learning experience in the form of a board game. At the end of the session, the managers had learned the financial impact of understanding EVA and Cost of Capital, as well as understanding the importance of getting a better ROI on their individual projects.
